Mikael Walther, Managing Director
Prior to founding Navos, Mikael worked 2007-2013 at Cevian Capital, Europe's largest active ownership hedge fund. He started his career at the investment research department of Goldman Sachs, London. Mikael is a board member of Klarna Bank AB and serves as an advisor to several Swedish family offices. Mikael holds a M.Sc. in Engineering Physics from the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, and a M.Sc. in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.
Mats Heiman, Chairman
Mats has worked as a senior manager at Nordstjernan since 2006. He has served as chairman of Nordstjernan investments KMT Group, Rostistella and Salcomp. Previously Mats advised company managements in his role as a strategy consultant at Carta (acquired by Booz Allen & Hamilton). He has also acted as President of Alfa Laval Flow Equipment, AssiDomän Kraft Products and Sirius Machinery. Mats is co-founder of Vingruppen, a leading Swedish wine importer, and of the Parkinson Research Foundation. He holds a M.Sc. in Engineering Physics from the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, and a B.Sc. in Business and Economics from Stockholm University.
Göran Delemark, Non-Executive Director
Göran serves on the board of directors of a number of privately held Nordic companies. Prior Göran was head of the Nordic operations of GN Netcom and owner and CEO of AB Transistor. Göran has also worked in the sales and marketing organizations of Hayden Laboratories, LM Ericsson and Siemens. Göran holds a M.Sc. in Business and Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics.
